OK, so you have your sign-in e-mail address, but you can’t remember your password. (If you have forgotten your sign-in e-mail address, please correct that problem first.)
All you need to do is go to the login page, click on the blue “I forgot my password” link that is located above the “Remember Me” box, and fill out the form there. In just a few minutes your password will automatically be sent to that e-mail address.
Warning! If that e-mail address is no longer active, you will not be able to receive your password using that automatic method. In that case you will want to contact Sony directly.
