How to Use the Game Pieces How to Use the Game Pieces

Introduction

There are two types of “game pieces”, and each is used differently.  The two types are: 
  • Watch, Match and Win Puzzle
  • Instant Win Code

Winning with the
“Watch, Match and Win Puzzle” Game Piece

  • Watch the Wheel of Fortune TV show every night between September 29th and October 3rd.
  • Look for the Meal of Fortune Puzzle televised during each program that week and see if it matches any of your Watch, Match and Win Puzzle game pieces.
  • If any of your game pieces match the Meal of Fortune Puzzle, you will need to follow these steps to claim your prize:
    • You will need to hand-write the following information on a 3 x 5 inch card or piece of paper.  The handwriting must be legible.
      • Full name
      • Full address
      • Day phone number
      • Evening phone number [OK if it is the same]
      • E-mail address
      • Date of birth
    • You must place the 3 x 5 information card and the winning Watch, Match and Win Puzzle game piece into an envelope.
    • Mail the envelope to the following address:
      MEAL OF FORTUNE INSTANT WIN AND SWEEPSTAKES - PRIZE CLAIM
      ARROWHEAD PROMOTION AND FULFULLMENT CO INC
      PO BOX 2505
      GRAND RAPIDS MN  55745-2505
    • The prize claim with winning game piece must be postmarked by November 14th.

Winning with the “Instant Win Code” Game Piece

Note that you can only play the Instant Win Game five times per day.  So, if you have more than five Instant Win Code game pieces, you will have to play only five per day until you have played them all.
